Well... almost.
I stepped outside to go to work yesterday and my scooter was nowhere to be seen. I asked Cheri if she had moved it and she asked me if I was trying to play a joke on her. I thought maybe she was trying to play a joke on me. After we determined that nobody was trying to fool the other, I went to the roof to have a look around. No scooter in sight.
Well that sucked.
So I grabbed the car keys and headed to work. I figured I would report it from there. As I was going, I spotted my scooter parked in a field around the corner from our house. It seems somebody tried to scooter-jack me! They had removed the front panel and attempted to hot-wire it. The only problem was that they couldn't seem to get it started. There is an open circuit somewhere for the starter and you have to work it just right to get it to turn. I've been meaning to fix it for a while now. Now I guess it's a good thing I hadn't!

Glad you got it back! At first when I read the headline I thought that maybe you had been mugged. (My dad got mugged outside of his office once.)
