David has just informed me that too much time has passed since I last blogged. So here is my update:
On Tuesday, I went to my first rehearsal with the kids at St. John's School at the Episkopi garrison. I am volunteering there taking over the dancing in their musical 'Annie.' It's fun! I've got another routine and a half ready for them to learn next week and I have a lot of questions for the teachers before I can do any more.
On Tuesday, we also had our first enrichment activity in our little branch since I've been Relief Society president. It went well. We had eight sisters there. Eight is a lot for our branch considering that the most we have ever had at any one time at church has been 11. Two of them weren't even members of the branch; they were friends of some of the sisters. One of them liked the activity so much she wants to come to church on Sunday. Hurray for member missionary work! We did some crocheting and then we played games together. Fun, fun, fun!
I have taken on new piano students. I am going from two to five students, one of which is a paying student. Four sisters are from the branch and those lessons are free. The last student's parents called me just today; they moved here from the UK in October and have been looking for a teacher to continue with their seven year old daughter. I'm thinking Zoe must have told them about me. (I teach her seven year old daughter; they're in our branch.) I'm thinking that will be the last student I take on. I'm too busy for anything else right now.

I'm glad that you guys are
I'm glad that you guys are doing well! I can't believe how busy you are--that's cool you have so many piano students! And, even cooler that you don't charge most of them! I'm glad that your enrichment activity went well and had a good turn-out, I'm sure you worked really hard planning it! Hope everything continues to go well for you guys--we miss you and love you!
