Last night when David and I got home, I was laying in bed and I felt the strangest thing. There was a bump sticking out just below my ribs. Ah! It wasn't my bone. It didn't belong there. And it moved! I think got to feel a little baby foot from the outside for the first time.

Cheri says: David is so sexy and I just love him, rawr.

The doctor says the baby is healthy and weighs almost three pounds. He says he'd keep the due date at February 17th but if I want an epideral to schedule the birth for the 10th or something close to it. If it's not a scheduled birth, there will be no epideral. That's just the way they work things here. I'm still not sure about that but all essentials are taken care of at the moment. It seems like a scheduled birth might be a good way to go so I know when to have Mom come. I'm still thinking about it.

Well, now that we've been here one month things have settled down. We have a three bedroom apartment. (One will be used as a study.) David just bought a scooter to ride to work and has a car lined up to buy for me as my mode of transportation. We also went to a doctor this week and Mom can stop worrying; he says everything looks good.
